Terms of Service

1. Plumbing Services & Diagnostics

We dispatch licensed plumbers to inspect and diagnose your plumbing systems. We will explain our findings and provide a firm, flat-rate estimate before starting any work. By authorizing our plumber to perform work, you agree to pay the agreed-upon estimate upon completion of the service.

2. Payments & Invoicing

Payment is due immediately upon completion of plumbing repairs or installations unless other written payment terms have been agreed in advance. We accept credit cards, checks, and cash. Any late payments may be subject to interest fees and collection charges in accordance with Virginia state laws.

3. Property Access & Preparedness

You must ensure that our plumbers have safe access to the work area, including crawl spaces, basement utility areas, and water shutoff valves. You must clear out any personal items from the work area to prevent accidental damage. We are not responsible for damage to personal property left in the work zone during repairs.

4. Warranty & Limitations

We guarantee our workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of completion. This warranty only covers defects in our workmanship and does not cover manufacturer defects in parts (which may be covered by manufacturer warranties) or issues caused by homeowner neglect, frozen pipes in unheated crawl spaces, or system alterations by third parties.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any legal disputes arising out of these Terms or our services shall be resolved in local courts located within Virginia.
